1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Emberheat Gas Services Ltd. website, products, and services. 2. Services Offered

Emberheat Gas Services Ltd. provides professional gas engineering services including, but not limited to:

• Boiler Installations & Replacements
• Boiler Repairs & Servicing
• Gas Leak Detection & Repair
• Central Heating System Maintenance
• Underfloor Heating Solutions
• Gas Appliance Servicing
• Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12)
• Emergency Gas Call-Outs

All services are carried out by Gas Safe Registered engineers in compliance with UK regulations and standards.

3. Quotations and Pricing

Quotations provided by Emberheat Gas Services Ltd. are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Prices quoted for services are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of quotation. Any additional work or materials required outside the scope of the original quotation will be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon with the customer prior to commencement.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the work. For larger projects, an upfront deposit may be required. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. Late payments may incur interest and administrative charges as per UK prevailing regulations.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. Emergency call-out terms may vary and will be advised at the time of booking.

6. Guarantees and Warranties

We provide guarantees on our workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties for parts and appliances will be passed on to the customer where applicable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to all necessary areas where work is to be carried out. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure that any gas appliances or systems are not tampered with by unauthorised persons after our work has been completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Emberheat Gas Services Ltd. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Emberheat Gas Services Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
